What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged or is genuinely defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged through our quality guarantee process.

Because each artwork is printed on demand — meaning it is produced specifically for your order — we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

As all products are made to order and shipped directly from the printing facility, we do not hold inventory and therefore do not provide a return address.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Because each artwork is produced individually through print-on-demand, all purchases are considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns for that reason.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order and double-check your selection. If you are unsure about dimensions, framing options, or fit within your space, feel free to contact us before ordering — we are happy to help you make the right choice.

When will I get my order?

Each artwork is produced on demand, so delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Gelato routes orders to a print partner as close as possible to the delivery address. In many cases, this means orders are produced locally and delivered within approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the destination, product type, and selected shipping method. The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout includes both production and transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information is provided, so you can follow your package during transit.

Exact delivery estimates are displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address, as timing varies by country and shipping option.

Where are your products manufactured?

All artworks are produced through Gelato’s global print network.

Instead of being manufactured in one central location, each order is routed to a professional print partner as close as possible to the delivery address. This allows for faster production, shorter shipping distances, and reduced transport impact.

Because production is location-based, the exact facility depends on where the order is being delivered. This distributed model helps ensure efficient delivery while maintaining consistent quality standards across regions.

How much does shipping cost?

Gelato uses flat shipping rates by region for each product, and framed products like your framed posters each have their own regional price tables shown directly on their product pages.

The best way to find out exact shipping fees is to go to the checkout and enter your address.

This means:

  • Shipping for framed prints is not one single universal number — it depends on the destination region and the specific framed format/size you select.
  • Unlike posters (where we can share a general example table), framed prints don’t have a single published list of flat rates, because the cost depends on variations in size and frame options across regions.
  • You will always see the exact shipping fee before checkout based on your address and the specific framed product you choose.

Flat rate by region for unframed Prints (standard shipping), with one price for the first item and a smaller fee for each additional item in the same order.

For unframed prints (posters), Gelato’s published flat rates (EUR) are typically:

  • USA: €4.40 first item + €0.30 each additional
  • UK / Ireland: €4.62 first item + €0.30 each additional
  • Germany: €5.50 first item + €0.30 each additional
  • Europe: €6.38 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • Scandinavia: €6.38 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • Canada: €6.19 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • Australia / New Zealand: €6.56 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • Brazil: €6.56 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • Singapore: €7.13 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • EFTA (CH/IS/LI): €8.90 first item + €0.20 each additional
  • Worldwide (rest of world): €10.44 first item + €0.25 each additional

Important: framed items can have different flat rates (often higher) depending on format/size and destination, and Gelato’s tables vary by product. The exact shipping total is always shown at checkout for your specific order/address.
